Character Information:
Ulquiorra Cifer is the secondary antagonist of the Bleach franchise. He is an Arrancar that served as the 4th Espada in Aizen’s army, with his death aspect symbolizing “Nihilism”. He is one of the arch-rivals of Ichigo Kurosaki. Ulquiorra is very unique among the Arrancars in which he displays signs of nihilism and often questions his own existence. As a result, he can come across being emotionless and display little to no regard for any form of life.
He was voiced by Daisuke Namikawa (who has also voiced Beelzebub in Record of Ragnarok) in the Japanese version of the anime – who also voices Adam from Nier:Automata and Kishou Arima from Tokyo Ghoul – and by Tony Oliver (who also voiced Ggio Vega in the same series, Kortopi in Hunter x Hunter and Bruford and Tower of Gray in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure) in the English dubbed version of the anime.
