Victor is shrouded in mystery. He claims to be the original personality of Andy. The Union refers to him as Victhor.

He is also known by the epithet Divine Conqueror. Victor looks like Andy but with longer black hair, more scars, and bulging muscles.

Victor is cold and ruthless. He shows no pity or compassion when he fights to kill if it is necessary to achieve his goals.  He as a strategist with centuries of life experience managing to discover the skills of his opponents just by looking and judging if they are strong or not based on what they demonstrate.  He hates cowards and people who hide behind others during a fight, praising anyone who fights head-on with him or who he thinks is strong.
