Monkey D. Dragon better known as Dragon the Revolutionary or The Insurgent Serpent and labelled as The World’s Worst Criminal, is a supporting character of One Piece. He is the father of Monkey D. Luffy and the son of the Marine Vice-Admiral Monkey D. Garp.
He is the supreme commander of the Revolutionary Army and aims to take down the World Government and eliminate all of the Celestial Dragons to liberate the world from the Government’s tyrannical and injustice reign, making him the most dangerous criminal and threat to the World Government.
