Basil Hawkins is an infamous pirate from North Blue known as the “Magician” and the captain of the Hawkins Pirates. He is one of twelve pirates who are referred to as the “Worst Generation”. His previous known bounty amounted to 249,000,000, but after the timeskip, it was raised to 320,000,000. After encountering Kaidou, he joined the Beasts Pirates and became one of the crew’s Shinuchi.

Due to his actions and role, he is a supporting antagonist in the Wano Country Arc.
