Legendary Super Saiyan 4 is the transformation used by Broly. It is plainly alot stronger than Broly’s Legendary Super Saiyan transformation he used in Dragon Ball Super: Broly and Dragon Ball Z: Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan. It is also said to be the “true” or, full power of the regular Super Saiyan 4 transformation. The transformation is attained when a Saiyan who possesses the Legendary Super Saiyan transformation transforms into a Legendary Great Ape. They then have to regain total consciousness over the form transforming the Saiyan into a Legendary Super Saiyan 4. In Heroes Broly attains the state in assistance from Black Smoke Shenron who uses his shadows to transform Broly into his Legendary Super Saiyan 4.
The JM7 trailer implied that Legendary Super Saiyan 4 alone was strong enough to effortlessly defeat at least two Super Saiyan 4s and Super Saiyan 3 Beat. Likewise, in Victory Mission, the form was demonstrated to be powerful enough to defeat Eis Shenron, Nuova Shenron (true form), and Rage Shenron (Electric Slime Body Build) with minimal effort, and also easily take out Super-Class Froze and Super-Class Beat, as well as being completely unaffected by attacks from the latter’s Super Saiyan 3 form. The form also has noticeable meteorlogical effects, due to his presence being foreshadowed by a constant thunderstorm.
