Gouketsu (ゴウケツ, Gouketsu; Viz: Goketsu) was a Dragon-level Mysterious Being and an executive member of the Monster Association. He was killed by Saitama.

As a human, Gouketsu was very muscular and donned a ripped black keikogi with a black belt. He had a strong and chiseled jawline and a scar on the left side of his upper lip, his eyes were sharp and with forked eyebrows, and he had spiky hair reminiscing a sea urchin.

After becoming a Mysterious Being, Gouketsu grew to an enormous size. He gained large spikes on his arms and shoulders as well as smaller spikes on his knuckles, wrists and toes. His skin tone became dark brown, his eyes changed into a set of four vertical bloodshot eyes with mulberry and bright yellow pupils, his ears became pointy, and he also obtained sharp teeth with two large lower sabertooth.

It was shown that his original eyes were sealed during monsterification. He also had a dark, cross-hatched marking on his forehead and upper ears and X-shaped scar-like marks on his chin and neck due to injuries during monsterification.
