Silver the Hedgehog is a character in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He is an anthropomorphic hedgehog who comes from two hundred years into the future, where his purpose is to prevent the ruining of his time by resolving the catastrophes of the past, resulting in frequent interactions with Sonic and the rest of his friends and allies.
