The production team for the Ayakashi Triangle anime series announced that the show will restart with the first episode, beginning on July 10, 2023. A new PV trailer for the series has also been released.

Ayakashi Triangle first premiered on January 10, 2023 for six episodes, before being delayed indefinitely by a series of production issues caused by COVID-19. Earlier this past March, the production team announced that the anime would restart its broadcast in July

The series is directed by Noriaki Akitaya (The Strongest Sage with the Weakest Crest) with Kei Umabiki (ClassicaLoid Season 2 director) as assistant director, Shougo Yasukawa (The Executioner and Her Way of Life) as series screenwriter, Hideki Furukawa (“Azur Lane x The Idolmaster” collab short anime PV, Strike the Blood III co-character designer) as character designer, and Rei Ishizuka (A Couple of Cuckoos) as music composer. CONNECT is in charge of the animation production.

Meanwhile, the voice cast consists of Shouya Chiba as Matsuri Kazemaki (Male), Miyu Tomita as Matsuri Kazemaki (Female), Kana Ichinose as Suzu Kanade, and Tesshou Genda as Shirogane.

The anime is based on the “ayakashi love fantasy” manga from To-Love Ru artist Kentarou Yabuki. It was first serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on June 15, 2020 to April 18, 2022. It was then moved to the Shonen Jump+ online magazine on April 25, 2022, where 14 tankoubon volumes have been released as of June 2023. Seven Seas Entertainment is releasing the uncut version of the manga in English.
